Covid Street documents the unique global experience that was – and is – the Covid crisis through the contributions of street photographers from around the world.
We couldn’t travel, but lockdown didn’t stop us, led by internationally published street photographer Tanya Nagar, making connections and sharing stories.
The only thing we asked of the street photographers was that they followed the Covid-19 rules. In other words there are no arguments in these pages about the ‘proper’ lens type, camera price or proximity required for street photography. You will find a creative mix of styles, tone and situation which offers insights no one person, in one location, experienced.

Profit Sharing
While governments have helped many, especially in developed countries, absorb the initial shock, the pandemic has left many coping with new circumstances. It has always been our objective that this book serves to make the world a better place, and to that goal, we’ll be sharing the money we raise from book sales between MSF (Medicine Sans Frontiers) global Covid relief fund, and national charities to support hard-hit photographers and creatives.
